I have artcam 2012 express. i recently crashed my laptop and bought a new one. i tried to install artcam again but it keeps giving the error msg " Unable to locate license PAF file. i have no idea what that is, i wasnt the person who installed artcam last time. but i have the disk and the dongle. i need your help

After checking that the PAF Licence file (HEL92-01P.paf) is in all of the locations mentioned and that your USB dongle is connected, please start ArtCAM Express, select the Help > About ArtCAM Express menu option, and check that it reads ArtCAM Express 2013.SP4 (build 303). I was forced to reset my computer and had to reinstall the Artcam express but now the PAF file is needed and i Purchased this from Delcam back in 2013 and it seems they are no longer around or something and i am unable to contact them ..... My dongle number is 145334 ... can you help!!!!!!
